Patient Administration Manager (Healthcare) Our client within the private healthcare space, is seeking a Patient Administration Manager to lead patient-facing operations at one of its hospitals in the Eastern Cape. This pivotal role will see you managing the full patient administration function - from admissions and billing to records management and case flow coordination - ensuring both operational efficiency and an exceptional patient experience. Key Responsibilities Oversee admissions, discharges, and billing processes with accuracy and empathy. Manage patient data integrity and compliance with healthcare regulations. Supervise and coach the patient admin team to deliver excellence in service. Collaborate across departments to streamline processes and enhance patient satisfaction. Drive revenue accuracy and timely DNYB resolution in line with hospital benchmarks. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration , Business Management , or related field. Minimum 3-5 years' experience in hospital administration or healthcare operations. Proven understanding of funder rules, authorisations, and billing procedures . Proficiency in Health Management Information Systems (HMIS) and MS Office. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
