JOB SUMMARY:
Datacentrix KwaZulu Natal is looking for a Pre Sales Specialist Networking. The successful candidate will be employed as a Technical expert with the task of working closely with sales teams providing them with clerical support to ensure that the products being offered can be tailored to meet the customers’ requirements

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Relevant Experience Areas

Work well in a team setting
Be able to articulate complex solutions to clients
Communications skills regarding the training of the sales team and other stakeholders
Have experience doing the costing of complex solutions
Prioritise critical Bids & Client engagements
Good delegation skills
5 Year Pre – Sales Experience

Required Qualification: Relevant IT Degree
Networking certifications
Certifications in Cisco and HPE Aruba solutions
o Sophos
o Fortinet
o Security

Customer Experience

To work closely with the sales team in product suitability and service delivery expectations
To advise on bid/no-bid decisions based on technical and commercial considerations
To articulate (Through written submissions and oral presentations) solutions to both technical and non–technical customers
Support sales efforts with in-depth product and business knowledge
To maintain a throughout knowledge of the company`s products and service offerings and methodologies
To work with the product development teams to capture new customer requirements and develop and expand the product portfolio
To work with the post-sales team in handing over any pre-sales effort
Represent the company in a professional manner and build a good relationship with clients to the company`s benefit
Existing track record of solutions provided to enterprise-class clients
Have existing relationships with key vendors such as Cisco and HPe Aruba
Manage Vendor relationships and develop opportunities for the business.
Producing detailed costing for customers and ensuring the contract is profitable
