POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

Build predictive models endâtoâend, including data exploration, feature engineering, model development, and deployment
Monitor and optimise model performance over time
Collaborate with a highâperforming, crossâfunctional team to deliver dataâdriven solutions
Solve complex business problems efficiently in a fastâpaced environment

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Education:

Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field (minimum requirement)

Experience:

2–4 years’ experience in a Data Science role
Proven experience building predictive models from scratch
Experience working in fastâmoving, dynamic environments

Skills:

SQL (nonânegotiable)
Python (nonânegotiable)
Machine Learning and AI experience advantageous
Strong analytical thinking and independent problemâsolving skills
