POSITION INFO:
A well-established player in the process control, instrumentation, and test & measurement space is looking for a driven Business Development Engineer to aggressively grow market share and open new doors.

This role is not order-taking. It’s for a true hunter — someone who thrives on new business, technical conversations, and building a pipeline from scratch.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

BTech / ND / Degree in Process Control, Instrumentation, Electrical, or similar
Proven experience in technical sales or business development
Strong hunter mentality with a passion for new business growth
Ability to engage engineers, maintenance teams, and decision-makers
Valid driver’s license and willingness to be on the road

Experience & Skills Required

Business development within process control, instrumentation, automation, or T&M
Identifying and converting new opportunities in industrial environments
Technical solution selling (not commodity sales)
Building long-term client relationships from first contact
Self-managed, target-driven, and commercially sharp
