Our client has an opportunity available for a Process Engineer.

Requirements:

Experience in:
- Paint application methods.
- Paint technology, preparation and testing.
- Injection moulding and Plastic Technology.
- Engineering drawing interpretations.
- Paining and plastic parts manufacturing.
T4 or equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Paint Technology or Chemistry.
3 to 5 years in Process or Production Engineering in paint formulation.
Understanding and competencies in PLX and robot programming.
SAPMA Paint Technology training certification.

Responsibilities:

Control paint and injection moulding processes for new and existing models.
Carry out improvement programs into existing processes.
Planning, specifying and implementation of tooling, equipment and processes and introduction of new models.
Engineering related production, paint concerns and countermeasure problem solving skills.
Specification of tooling and equipment with regards to facility, paint application and preparation processes.
New process development.
