We are currently recruiting for a Procurement & Planning Manager within a dynamic manufacturing environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic problem-solver who thrives on optimising supply chain processes and ensuring operational excellence across procurement, production planning, and inventory management. POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement procurement and supply chain strategies to support operational and commercial objectives.
Negotiate with suppliers to ensure the best balance of cost, quality, and delivery performance.
Manage import/export logistics, including customs processes and freight forwarding.
Align production planning with sales forecasts and material availability, ensuring optimal scheduling.
Oversee inventory accuracy, stock control, and minimisation of wastage.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with ISO and health & safety requirements.
Collaborate closely with sales, design, and production teams to ensure operational alignment and timely execution.
Lead and mentor the planning and procurement team, ensuring strong performance and development.

Qualification and Skills Required:

Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Project Management.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience within manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, or planning.
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in team leadership.
Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
Strong understanding of ISO 9001 standards and import/export and freight processes.
