SUMMARY:
Lead and optimise the company’s procurement, inventory, logistics and warehouse functions, driving supplier performance, cost efficiency, inventory optimisation and continuous improvement.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement procurement and sourcing strategies. Manage local and international suppliers and supplier performance. Drive cost savings, contract management and procurement governance. Optimise inventory planning, replenishment and stock availability. Reduce excess and obsolete inventory. Improve procurement and supply chain processes and ERP utilisation. Monitor key KPIs including OTIF, inventory turns, service levels and logistics performance. Lead and develop procurement, inventory, logistics and warehouse teams. Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Finance and Operations to support business objectives. Work with international suppliers and global manufacturing facilities. Minimum Requirements Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, Commerce or related field. 8 years or more experience in procurement and supply chain management. 5 years or more management experience. Proven experience in procurement, inventory and supplier management. Strong ERP experience with process optimisation and business improvement. Strong analytical, reporting and stakeholder management skills. Advantageous Technical\/engineering product environment experience. Multinational or global supply chain experience. International sourcing, imports and supplier management experience.
