POSITION INFO:
As a Procurement Administrator, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end clearing, forwarding, and procurement support processes. From managing container schedules and tracking shipments to ensuring accurate costing, documentation, and reporting — you’ll be at the heart of keeping operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Capture and process purchase orders, manage monthly container schedules, and update bank documents.
Track and place shipments while liaising with clearing agents.
Execute clearing and costing functions, check invoices, and handle claims.
Manage stock ageing, forecasting, and supplier information.
Contribute to procurement projects and reporting on freight rates, costs, and global trends.
Collaborate with management across the business to meet procurement needs efficiently.

ð§ What You’ll Need to Succeed:

5+ years’ experience in procurement, logistics, or clearing & forwarding.
Matric essential, tertiary qualification in Procurement / Supply Chain advantageous.
Intermediate Excel skills and solid understanding of import/export processes.
Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
ERP experience is advantageous.
