SUMMARY:
An established manufacturing company is seeking a dynamic Procurement Manager to lead their procurement strategy, manage supplier relationships, and oversee the purchasing team.

POSITION INFO:
Location: Durban

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the procurement strategy
Lead supplier negotiations and contract management
Manage procurement budget and cost control
Ensure compliance with company policies
Lead and develop procurement team
Identify continuous improvement opportunities

Minimum Requirements:

NDip/Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain / Procurement
7+ years' procurement experience
3+ years' management experience
Strong negotiation and leadership skills
ERP experience essential
