They are seeking a Procurement Purchaser to support the sourcing and procurement of critical project services, ensuring suppliers deliver quality solutions on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers for transport, crane and installation services. Prepare and issue RFQs\/RFPs, evaluate quotations, and manage the procurement process through to Purchase Order creation. Coordinate procurement activities with project, construction and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of equipment and services. Manage supplier relationships, monitor supplier performance against KPIs, and administer contracts, renewals and variations. Track procurement savings, supplier performance and project procurement status while maintaining accurate procurement documentation. Job Experience and Skills Required: Education: Matric (Essential) Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement or a related field. Experience: 2-3 years' procurement or purchasing experience. Experience preparing RFQs, supplier comparisons and Purchase Orders. Exposure to supplier management, contract administration and procurement reporting. Experience within engineering, construction, energy, infrastructure or project-based environments will be advantageous. Skills: Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills. Excellent negotiation and supplier relationship management abilities. Commercial acumen with strong analytical and cost management skills. Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines. Apply now!
