JOB SUMMARY:
Our Client manufactures construction and mining equipment for the earthmoving industry and seeks the expertise of a Procurement Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Outputs

Act as procurement champion for shared services
Interdependently procure goods services for shared services
Source the best supply option in accordance with the operational budget
Generate purchase orders (SAP and Non-SAP users) to preferred suppliers
Adhering to relevant policies and procedures
Ensures procurement compliance to the quality management system
Support procurement system management
Identify opportunities for streamlining

Qualification, Experience, and Competencies

· CIPS Level 5 or equivalent or commercial Degree
· 4 years experience in the procurement field
· Good communication skills
· Business Acumen
· Good negotiation skills
· SAP knowledge
· Numerically ability
· Resilience
· Computer literacy
