SUMMARY:
A global industry leader is seeking the expertise of a Field Tester who will be responsible for maintaining the organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining and delivering real-world and industry process aligned Field validation on developed product prior to release, to support the overall business objectives, including all company offerings and software solutions.

POSITION INFO:

To facilitate the creation of production monitoring from development, and run such systems to monitor and report on progress (2021)
Identify and manage field test methods in line with different solution variables.
Create and manage the schedule for field testing of developed solutions.
Create and liaise with testing groups to document field relevance and feedback.
Liaise with Inbound Product Manager to align field test standards and consult on inputs to business specification to align solution market relevance.
Report and manage field testing failures with development teams.
Collaborate with integrated, cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive field testing that contributes to successful product release and drives ecosystem uptake of solutions.

Qualifications and Experience

Tertiary Qualification in Field Testing and Validation or related field;

3+ years ERP Knowledge, ideally field consultative and/or deep product or industry software solutions.
Project Management Certification an added advantage;
2+ years’ experience in the field of validation and field use of ERP products for mid-market manufacturing companies.
Experience managing multiple stakeholders.

Knowledge

Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel & Project)
Project Management awareness and understanding of agile development.
Understanding of product monitoring solutions (example JIRA/AHA).;
In-depth understanding of the manufacturing industry;
Technical/Professional knowledge and skills;
Knowledge of field-testing strategy and concepts, field testing, monitoring software implementation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement approaches.
