JOB SUMMARY:
Product Genius - Johannesburg North - Gauteng

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client is looking for an individual to provide a premium and unique customer experience at the dealership. To inspire and
excite customers about the features and benefits of the latest products.

Job Requirements:

Driver’s license
Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
Computer literate (MS Office suite)
Bachelor’s degree preferred e.g., Marketing
Experience representing a luxury brand
Experience in retail/sales

Responsibilities:

Inform customers on product specifications of all products and features
Support with customer needs analysis
Share product knowledge within the dealership
Support with the test drive process
Assist Sales staff during the sales consultation
Prepare and present product workshops to customers
Ensure a high level of Customer Satisfaction through providing a premium Customer Experience
Attend to customers on the floor and demonstrate the vehicle in a professional and enthusiastic manner
Make sure the showroom is neat and tidy, including seating areas
Make sure pricing cards are next to the relevant vehicles and that they are correct
Switch on TV monitors and ensure the correct info is being displayed
Delegate to General Workers
Ensure vehicle batteries do not fall below the minimum requirement at any stage
Ensure that the vehicles are on a charger whilst on the showroom floor
During a handover, make sure the vehicle is on a charger
Before leaving for the day, make sure that all cars have their ID cards and are securely
attached
Check that a reasonable display has been done with the vehicles facing Greenacres village
Support with deliveries for other dealerships as and when required
