Product Lead: Community

• Ensure the execution of the bespoke client community management strategy is carried outthrough:
  • Online database / profile management;
  • Engagement Tracking;
  • Prepare Engagement activities;
  • Creating content that aligns with community interests;
  • Creating Content Pieces aligned to engagement strategy;
  • Writing Blog posts;
  • Long-term storyline development (aimed at increasing engagement)
  • Designing and deploying member profiling activities and gamification elements and;
  • Online community portal design and management.
• Developing and presenting community management reports for the clients and management team.
• Growing, strengthening and maintaining relationships with key clients.
• Ensuring long-term community growth.
• Ensure memorable, pleasant community member experiences.
• Setting, planning, and implementing engagement activities, communication campaigns and strategies.
• Manage and lead the community consultants and administrators to ensure that projects are executed within a specific time frame.
• Managing the brand’s overall presence on social media, ensuring content is on-brand, and protecting the integrity of the brand where necessary.
• Support community administrators in monitoring of comments, messages, posts, and questions from the community members and responding to them timeously and in a manner that resonates with our community values.
• Regular reporting to the community manager as well as research project teams in term of project timelines and deliverables.
• Innovating new digital capabilities and offerings.
• Managing the production of digital content as per the content plan, by utilizing the in-housecreative resources, including design & copywriting

Requirements:

• Minimum B-degree in Business Management/ Communications/ Marketing or related qualification.
• Minimum of five (5) to eight (8) years working experience in social media and digital marketing experience for well-known brands.
• Good all-round digital knowledge and PR experience
• Experience in planning and leading community initiatives
• Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
• Experience of working in a Customer Experience and or consulting environment; especially
• Marketing Research Consulting would be an added advantage.
