POSITION INFO:
Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in a relevant field
• Role-related certification in Agile and Product Ownership

• Minimum 3+ years' experience as a Product Owner
• B2B product experience is essential
• Deep understanding of real estate market dynamics in South Africa

• Full product life-cycle management
• Use of tools like Power BI, Google Analytics, Hotjar, and HubSpot
• Customer research experience (e.g., shadowing, and focus groups)
• Experience in Agile frameworks: Scrum, and Kanban
• Roadmap creation, product strategy, and A/B testing

• Define and maintain product vision and strategy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders
• Create, manage, and refine product roadmaps
• Prioritise user stories and ensure data-driven decision-making
• Drive product adoption, performance analysis, and continuous enhancement
