We’re looking for an experienced and driven Product Owner to join a growing technology team focused on delivering smart, customer-centric software solutions. What You’ll Be Doing

• Driving product vision, strategy, and roadmap planning
• Managing and prioritising the product backlog
• Translating business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Collaborating closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders
• Ensuring product goals and delivery remain aligned
• Gathering customer feedback and using insights to improve products
• Monitoring product performance and identifying opportunities for enhancement
• Helping deliver seamless user experiences through a customer-first mindset
• Supporting successful product launches alongside marketing and support teams

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role within a software development environment
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Organised, analytical, and detail-oriented approach
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
• Experience with tools such as Jira and/or Basecamp advantageous
• Relevant Agile or Product certifications beneficial but not essential
