Key Responsibilities: Create clear, accurate help content, such as feature overviews, rollout notes, and how‑to guides Design engaging visuals, including infographics, videos, icons, and web graphics Support internal training and product knowledge sharing across teams Review and continuously improve existing documentation as products evolve Collaborate closely with Scrum Managers, Business Analysts, and delivery teams to meet customer documentation needs Job Experience and Skills Required: Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, user‑friendly content Strong design skills with tools like Adobe Photoshop or Affinity, and an eye for UX\/UI consistency Comfortable with documentation tools (Google Workspace), WordPress, and AI‑assisted content creation Experience creating videos or interactive user guides Strong collaboration skills, attention to detail, and a process‑driven mindset in fast‑paced teams Proven experience in a Product Specialist, Technical Writer, Product Writer, or similar role At least 2 years' hands‑on experience in a software or related technical environment Exposure to the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and working closely with development teams is advantageous Apply now!
