We are seeking an experienced Production Director I to lead and oversee the planning, development, and execution of high-quality media productions in support of all aspects of Saudi Aramco’s operations. This dynamic and senior-level role requires strong creative leadership, deep production expertise, and the ability to operate in diverse environments, including urban, industrial, and remote areas across Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities

Produce, write, develop, and direct media productions that support Saudi Aramco’s strategic communications.

Supervise and manage production crews throughout all production and post-production phases—from concept to delivery.

Direct and manage non-scripted, multi-camera assignments including live events, campaigns, and official inaugurations using mobile production equipment.

Communicate project objectives, set production timelines, and ensure delivery meets deadlines.

Mentor and develop junior production team members in line with departmental needs.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure content aligns with project vision and brand guidelines.

Perform additional production-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Film, Communication, or a related field.

Minimum of 12 years’ experience in media production, directing corporate, commercial, and broadcast content.

Demonstrated ability to lead high-profile corporate communication projects across various industry sectors.

Proven leadership in managing production teams, especially under challenging or remote conditions.

Hands-on experience with multi-camera live productions, script writing, and creative development.

Familiarity with GCC culture and prior experience in Saudi Aramco or the hydrocarbon industry is highly desirable.

Proficient in non-linear editing systems, post-production workflows, and visual effects integration.

Strong risk assessment awareness and commitment to health and safety protocols.

Demonstrated ability to manage licensing, rights, and clearance processes effectively.

Strong portfolio or video showreel showcasing creative and technical competencies.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
