POSITION INFO:
Role: Production Manager
Location: Stanford, Western Cape
Salary: TBC

As the Production Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of their production processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

ð¹ Managing orders: Overseeing the timely processing and fulfillment of customer orders to maintain customer satisfaction. ð¹ Planning: Developing production schedules and workflows to optimize efficiency and meet demand.
ð¹ Problem-solving: Addressing any production issues or challenges that arise with creativity and resourcefulness.
ð¹ Training: Providing guidance and training to staff members on order management, planning, and problem-solving techniques.

The ideal candidate will possess:

ð Strong organizational and time-management skills.
ð Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
ð Effective communication skills to liaise with team members and management.
ð Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
