R 50 000 - R 71 000 Per Month (Depending on experience) 

Our client in the Agricultural Processing industry is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead their citrus and sub-tropical product manufacturing operations. 

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Matric
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Agriculture or Food Technology, or a related field will be advantageous
• 5 years’ leadership experience in production within the fruit processing sector or a comparable manufacturing environment, ideally involving citrus and sub-tropical products would be highly beneficial
• Knowledge of health and safety standards, including HACCP compliance, experience in environmental controls and effluent management, and previous experience in budgeting and financial control, are all advantageous
• Computer literate
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English
• Own vehicle and valid driver’s licence
