POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage day-to-day production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and that safety targets are met Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and process improvements Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste Manage and mentor production teams, fostering a high-performance culture Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless operations Monitor KPIs and prepare reports for senior management Minimum Requirements: BEng Degree (Mechanical, Industrial, or a related engineering discipline) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is essential Minimum 5+ years' experience in a production or manufacturing plant environment Proven experience in managing teams and driving operational excellence Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and lean principles Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills Key Competencies: Strategic thinking with a hands-on management approach Strong organisational and planning skills Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines Continuous improvement mindset What's on Offer: Competitive salary package Career growth opportunities within a dynamic environment Exposure to complex and innovative production projects Apply now!
