A large manufacturing organisation in Pretoria North is currently recruiting for a Production Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience in the automotive industry or heavy production industry. As a Production Manager you will be responsible for the management of a team of 300 people. A strong leader is needed for this role, a dynamic and energetic Industrial Engineer.

Education:

Industrial Engineering Qualification

Job Experience & Skills Required:

5-10 years experience in automotive manufacturing.
Able to lead, inspire and manage a diverse team of 300 people.
Excellent planning skills
Technical Aptitude and interests.
Planning, implementation, management, control, communication and leadership skills.
