JOB SUMMARY:
A dynamic organisation based in Industria is looking to employ a Production Manager 5 -10 years’ experience in a similar industry.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Requirements

Matric is essential
A tertiary qualification in Production Management
5-10 years’ experience in a similar industry (manufacturing) is essential
3-5 years’ experience as a leader in a similar industry
Technical background
Very strong Leadership skills
Ability to solve problems efficiently and quickly
Adhere to production timelines
Plan, implement, review, adjust and control the production schedule
Set production budgets
Manage production budget
Implement cost control programs
Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including procurement, Lab, warehousing & distribution, and management
Manage production team
Evaluate machinery performance and constantly improvise practices
