JOB SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Operations Director you will be required to supervise the daily activities of a production unit or teams.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualification and experience requirements

Bachelor’s degree or national diploma in Engineering or Industrial Technology
5 years experience in production and, manufacturing environment
Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes and techniques
Knowledge of process improvement techniques
An intermediate level of supervisory experience required

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Management and Statutory reporting in line with regulatory requirements and Head Office standards as required, covering the following areas:
Responsible for the daily activities of a production team including managing team members, housekeeping, and meeting production targets.
Work cross-functionally to improve safety, productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations.
Serves as group lead on projects and work assignments.
Provides guidance and feedback for team members in accomplishing tasks and goals;
Sets expectations and clarifies responsibilities.
Coaches and mentors team members.
Makes recommendations to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations
