Construct Executive Search (CES) is a specialist Executive Search/Recruitment Agency within the technical field i.e., Engineering, Construction as well as Trade & Technical (FMCG). We are currently recruiting for the below position

A leading agricultural services company is seeking to employ a Production Manager with experience in animal feed manufacturing to be based in Johannesburg. A suitable candidate will have extensive supervisory experience within the manufacturing / production environment especially the animal feed plant.

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

Must have at least a Degree or National Diploma in Production Management or Engineering

Must have experience in production and managing of animal feed plant or a mill plant

Must have 8 – 12years solid FMCG experience coupled with 5 years management experience as a production manager

Must have experience in ensuring safety, health & hygiene in a production environment

Must have an understanding of controlled Food manufacturing production processes

Must have experience in QC and reporting on product quality parameters
