There is a fantastic new opportunity available for a Production Manager Meltshop at an established steel manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities:

• One will direct and control the operations of the Meltshop.
• Ensure and improve the performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability of the departmental and operations through the provision of effective methods and to support continuous improvement in all areas.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A completed Bachelor of Engineering Degree / BEng. Degree
• 10 Years’ experience in a steel manufacturing environment

Must have in- dept knowledge of:

• Steel Making
• Technical
• Metallurgy
• ISO 9001
• OSHACT
• Financial / Cost Control
• Project Management
• Continuous Improvement
• Lean Manufacturing
• Exposure to international projects / OEM suppliers
