JOB SUMMARY:
Our client, an agricultural concern in the Western Cape, has an exciting opportunity for a hands-on Production Manager with 3 – 5 years’ managerial experience in the fruit growing sector.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities associated with this position include supervising all production activities (planting, irrigation, fertilization, and crop protection), and the management of labour productivity.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively on all levels.
