JOB SUMMARY:
Well established manufacturing company based in the Germiston area has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Production Supervisor.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Matric and Diploma / Certificate in Production Management.
Qualified Red Seal Tool Maker Artisan.
5 Years supervisory experience in the manufacturing of steel metal products, is essential.
Forging experience would be advantageous.
High level of numeracy skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage staff and to communication and interact effectively with all levels of personnel.
Must be able to work shifts.
Have own reliable transport with a valid drivers license.
Coordination of production activities and resources so that planned products are produced to requirements, quality standards and within budget.
Ensure Occupational Health and Safety standards are maintained.
Coordinate production activities ensuring planned maintenance is met with Production Superintendent.
Production is done within cost structures and standards
