SUMMARY:
A manufacturer of personal care products is looking for a Production Team Leader. This role reports to the Operations Director. Duties will include, but are not limited to: To plan, lead, organise, control and motivate the Production Team. To ensure that all team members are trained in and adhere to standard operating procedures and Health and Safety standards. To check the administration of every Production Job and present the reconciled paperwork to Finance by daily deadline.

POSITION INFO:
Key Requirements: Relevant tertiary qualification in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. At least 3 years’ FMCG or Pharmaceutical Manufacturing experience required. Previous supervisory experience essential. Good numerical and Excel skills. Ability and willingness to vary working hours to meet operational and production goals.

Additional Requirements: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work well in and to lead teams. Self-starter that is able to handle pressure. Must be systematic, disciplined and orderly. Process orientated.
