JOB SUMMARY:
Are you experienced in the Manufacturing Industry with expertise in Packaging? Is your exposure to World Class Manufacturing extensive? Are you a leader in the bottling services space? If your answer to all these questions is YES, then this is for you!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Your duties would include but not be limited to:

 Achieve production requirements against targets

 Adherence to Production plan and Adherence to MPS

 LM Variance understanding and improvement

 C/L management

 Achieve OEE and ME targets

 Efficient Asset utilization

 Achieve product quality

 Managing capital and NPD projects, trials and feasibility studies.

 Manage plan and control annual budgets.

 See to annual maintenance plan of all equipment within department. (Adherence to Plannedmaintenance)

 Management of all quality systems ISO 9001/2000.

 Develop and implement annual departmental business plans and assist in site’s business plan.

 To effectively manage performance and drive MDWT processes.

What we require from you:

 Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree as minimum

 Packaging experience

 World Class Manufacturing exposure (Such as 5S, Focussed Improvement, Visual Management)

 Strong RCA (Root Cause Analysis) Abilities

 High Competency of People Development

 Minimum 5 years working experience in a FMCG production environment

 Leadership capabilities and a technical aptitude necessary
