JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client in the construction sector has an opportunity available for a Professional Structural (Civil) Engineer to be based in the Pretoria area.

Requirements:

Have experience in all required structural engineering software and capable to work on REVIT, etc.
Understand company pricing model and invoicing procedures
Understand basic revenue models, profit/loss models and cost-to-completion projections and makes decisions accordingly

KPAs:

Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
Manage the client stakeholders, team members and contract personnel
Responsible for detail structural engineering designs and execution of projects
Manages project budget
Analyse project profitability, revenue, and margins
Project planning and control
Work directly with clients to secure sign off on deliverables or documentation
