POSITION INFO:
A specialised training provider in the Financial Services sector is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Programme Co-ordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating academic and operational processes, maintaining data integrity, supporting project delivery, and ensuring excellent client service across multiple training programmes.
Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor academic and student-related processes and reporting.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of project data, reports, trackers, and databases.
• Maintain and update LMIS data and support audit readiness.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless project execution and reporting.
• Prepare customised reports and respond to client and stakeholder queries.
• Manage customer interactions professionally and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure projects are delivered according to academic processes and timelines.
• Investigate, resolve, and escalate project and client queries where necessary.
• Support the onboarding and implementation of new projects and programme take-ons.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and client service delivery.

• Diploma or Degree in Administration, Education, Business Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• 2–4 years’ experience in programme coordination, academic administration, training operations, or a similar environment.
• Strong reporting, analytical, and data management skills.
• Advanced MS Excel and database management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience within the training, education, or Financial Services sector will be advantageous.
