SUMMARY:
Our client in the telecom sector is seeking Project Administrator on contract duration of 9 months.

The Project Administrator will support the function by assisting the Project Manager and project team in the planning, execution, and completion of IT-related projects. This role involves coordinating project activities, managing schedules, and ensuring that all project documentation is up-to-date and accurate.

POSITION INFO:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project administration or a similar role, preferably within an IT environment.

Skills:
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiarity with IT project management tools and software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
Certification in project management (e.g., CAPM, PMP).
Knowledge of IT infrastructure and software development processes.

Working Conditions:

This position may require occasional travel.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
