Our client, a consulting firm with over 4 decades of experience in the petrochemical industry has proven themselves as one of the leading consulting engineering firms in South Africa.  They have built their business on extensive experience in project and construction management.  They have an opportunity available for an experienced Project Administrator to assist the Managing Director.  The ideal candidate will have experience in engineering projects, procurement and construction management with a degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.  

Education:

• Civil / Mechanical Engineering Degree.
• Project Management certificate will be an added advantage.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Responsible for the administrative function of project management.
• Oversee the project’s daily function to ensure deadlines and compliance requirements are met.
• Responsible for cost control, schedule control, risk register management, change management administration, monthly progress report compilation, document control, quality control management, tender and procurement administration, schedule meetings and keep minutes of meetings, prepare and distribute project documentation.
