We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Project Cost Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project costs, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring financial efficiency across all project phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and control project budgets and cost forecasts
• Perform cost analysis and variance reporting
• Prepare and maintain cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and financial summaries
• Support project planning and scheduling with cost input
• Identify cost risks and recommend mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with company financial procedures and project controls standards
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and finance teams

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years’ experience in project cost control or cost engineering
• Strong knowledge of cost control systems and project management principles
• Proficiency in MS Excel and cost management software (e.g., SAP, Primavera)
• Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills
