Project Developer: Catalytic Infrastructure & Spatial Planning - Fixed Contract

SUMMARY:
responsible for the designing, implementation and monitoring high impact and sustainable Construction Programme

POSITION INFO:

Main Responsibilities (not limited to):

• Assist with the development, review and implementation of a coherent infrastructure strategy and budgets in consultation with the Contracts and Construction Manager.
• Develop supporting operational plans for construction needs to ensure execution of the strategic objectives and goals.
• Implement the operational plans by developing operational activities, ensuring alignment to the achievement of strategic objectives
• Develop Construction Programmes.
• Develop Construction Programmes funding proposals.
• Develop and implemented project plans.
• Develop project budget
• Compliance to standardised budget control system
• Optimised cost efficiency

Minimum Requirements:

• Qualifications: Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in programme/project management, including 2+ years at leadership level
• Memberships: SAICE / SACPCMP / ECSA (advantage)
• Tools: MS Project, Excel, Power BI (GIS), contract law (GCC/JBCC), SANS 1200
• Skills: Leadership, stakeholder management, strategic planning, financial acumen, compliance oversight
