SUMMARY:
We are recruiting a Project Engineer that will responsible for the successful delivery of electrical and industrial automation projects from planning through commissioning and final handover.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Manage multiple electrical and automation projects simultaneously. Plan, coordinate and supervise site activities, resources and project teams. Lead E&I Technicians, Electricians, Millwrights and subcontractors. Oversee electrical, instrumentation and automation installations in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications. Manage material requirements, procurement and project schedules. Coordinate Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), commissioning, snag resolution and project handover. Liaise with clients throughout project execution and manage scope changes and project risks. Monitor project progress and maintain project documentation, drawings and as-built records. Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality and company standards. Minimum Requirements National Diploma, BTech or BEng in Electrical, Mechatronic, Automation or a related Engineering discipline. (Trade Tested candidates with extensive relevant experience will also be considered.) 3 to 5 years experience in Electrical Projects, Industrial Automation or Systems Integration. Essential experience within the Food & Beverage or Process Industry. Experience working for an Automation Company, System Integrator or Engineering Contractor is advantageous. Experience managing multiple projects and site teams. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, P&IDs and technical documentation. Strong project planning, documentation and communication skills. Valid driver''s licence and willingness to travel.
