JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client based in Port Elizabeth is looking to employ a Project Engineer.

Requirements:

Minimum National Diploma Electrical / B.Eng Mechatronics or NQF level 4 or equivalent.
3-5 years of experience in Automation is advantageous.
Mechanical, Electronics, and Electrical Troubleshooting.
Strong understanding of electrical processes.
Ability to work long hours and weekends.
Excellent communication skills.
Quality Focus and Team Player.
Driver’s License and own transport essential.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Knowledge of PLC Software Systems (Siemens and Mitsubishi).
Mechanical, pneumatic, and paint-related service and project activities on paint sealing robots.
Project planning, Installation, and commissioning support for installations.
Build sound business relationships with customers, related to service activities.
Site safety implementation during projects and service work.
Technical assistance during production support time (Breakdown).
