JOB SUMMARY:
You will be working as Project Engineer, and will be the part of Process Automation Business Area for Process Industries
Division. In this role you will be reporting to Engineering Manager will be responsible to perform electrical engineering and service functions on mine winder projects and to provide technical support to customers to ensure that projects are executed using sound engineering principles and in accordance with project specifications and local legislation.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Degree or Diploma in engineering or S4 Qualification.
5 years of experience in Knowledge of electrical hoisting applications.
Must have Mine Winder Experience
Knowledge of electrical hoisting applications, knowledge of automation systems, MCC’s, drives, HMI’s, LV, MV switchgear and protection relays.
Good design skills and problem-solving abilities, commitment to Excellence and Professional Attitude.
Highly motivated and self-motivator.
Fluency in both spoken and written English language is a must.

RESPONSIBILTIES:

To perform the role of Design and commissioning Engineer on electrical hoisting projects.
Provide after-hours engineering support to customers.
Execute engineering functions and coordinate engineering functions done by other project team members on large and/or complex projects.
Provide platform and/or process support on large projects.
Assist the sales departments with technical aspect (both product and process related) during the preparation of tenders.
General technical (product and/or process) support to Project and System Engineers.
Provide training and support to personnel in the Training, Service and Engineering department.
