SUMMARY:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mechanical Project Engineer, with 3–5 years of experience in land systems or heavy mechanical platforms, to join our growing engineering team. This role will support the design, development, integration, and delivery of complex land-based systems and vehicles.

POSITION INFO:
You will work closely with multi-disciplinary teams, including systems, electrical, manufacturing, and supply chain, to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support mechanical design and development activities for land systems platforms
Manage engineering project deliverables from concept through to production
Prepare and review technical documentation, drawings, and specifications
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors on technical requirements
Conduct design reviews, risk assessments, and validation activities
Support prototype builds, testing, and integration activities
Ensure compliance with relevant industry and defence standards
Track project schedules, budgets, and technical performance

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
3–5 years of relevant experience in land systems, defence, automotive, or heavy machinery environments
Experience in mechanical design (e.g., structures, drivetrains, suspension systems, armored platforms, or subsystems integration)
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, or equivalent)
Strong understanding of GD&T, materials selection, and manufacturing processes
Experience with project lifecycle management
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
