POSITION INFO:
A top-tier financial technology firm is looking for a Professional Services Project Manager to take charge of complex, multi-stakeholder projects, ensuring successful end to end delivery.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field
PMP certification is a strong advantage
Minimum 5 years' experience in financial services project management

Requirements:

Strong understanding of banking operations, regulations, and compliance
Proven track record managing multiple complex projects
Proficiency in tools like MS Project, and Jira

Key Performance Areas (KPAs):

Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of banking/financial projects
Coordinate internal teams and external vendors
Ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope and budget
Identify and mitigate project risks
Communicate progress and updates to senior stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement through post-project evaluations
