Project Manager

INHERENT REQUIREMENTS
• Matric
• NQF Level 7 Qualification in in Project Management or equivalent
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Commitment to excellence, outstanding work ethic and attention to detail.
• Effectively communicate with Senior and Executive management.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Managing the onboarding and orientation of new staff on Discovery system (Doctors, Nurses all categories, Wellness Specialist, Executives, and admin staff)
• Ensure successful placement of staff in line with the clients staffing requirements.
• Follow up with clients regarding services received from Allmed as part of a satisfaction index.
• Supervise all operations consultants within the branch and establish work schedule.
• Ensure that the project produces the required deliverables of quality within the specified time constraints and achieves the project timeline deliverables.
• Full project life cycle ownership to ensure successful project delivery including full implementation from initiation to completion.
• Send quotations to clients.
• Ensure projects are delivered in the most cost-effective manner to guarantee Gross Profit (GP) or even improve on it.
• Keep operational costs of each project at optimal level and come in below budget where possible.
• Constant communication and reporting to clients.
• Submit monthly client feedback reports, status and progress reports.
• Ensure that the clients and business we have are retained and implement strategies to grow current business.
• Manage all staff incidents and refer to Director/ Client Supervisor/ HR when required.
• Be an ambassador for Allmed and the services provided
