The Project Supervisor plays a vital role in supporting the planning, execution, and oversight of all customer-related projects to ensure their successful implementation. This role focuses on maintaining high work quality, adhering to strict timeframes, and managing on-site activities effectively. Position Details Job Title: Project Supervisor Department: Projects \/ Engineering Reports To: Projects Manager Role Dimensions Principal Accountabilities Project Execution: Plan and execute current and future customer projects seamlessly. Client & Stakeholder Management: Liaise directly with customers to manage expectations and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders via email, face-to-face, or telephone. Timeline Coordination: Partner with suppliers and the internal team to guarantee all planned project timelines are met. Meetings & Reviews: Lead weekly meetings prior to and during the project lifecycle, and conduct thorough post-mortem reviews upon project completion. On-Site Management: Provide agile, on-site problem solving while managing overall work quality and strict project timeframes. Contractor Supervision: Direct, supervise, and manage sub-contractors on-site. Safety & Compliance: Oversee strict safety management and compliance control across all sites. Candidate Specifications Criteria Essential Requirements Desirable Attributes Languages English Afrikaans Education Matric Industrial Installation experience Industrial Engineering background Trade Certification Experience Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Supervisor Industrial Process factory experience Professional Training Microsoft compliance courses Project management courses Licence Code 08 driver''s licence N\/A Key Skills & Competencies Technical Proficiency: Highly efficient in Microsoft Office Packages, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook. Installation Knowledge: Practical, hands-on industrial installation experience. Supervisory Experience: Demonstrated background functioning effectively as a project supervisor. Communication & Thinking: Intuitive, proactive thinker with excellent communication skills.
