SUMMARY:
An established property-focused organisation is looking for a strong, stable and experienced Accountant to join their finance team in the Pretoria CBD.

This opportunity is ideal for a finance professional who has built solid experience within the property space and is looking for long-term career stability within a structured environment.

The successful candidate will take ownership of key accounting functions, support financial reporting processes, and work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial information. This role is well-suited to someone mature, reliable, detail-driven and committed to adding value over the long term.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:
Full accounting function
Monthly reconciliations and reporting
Preparation of management accounts
Debtors, creditors and cashbook oversight
Assisting with budgets, forecasts and variance analysis
Compliance, audit support and financial controls

Job Experience and Skills Required:
BCom Accounting / Finance degree
Completed SAIPA or SAICA articles
Property industry experience is highly advantageous
Strong financial reporting and reconciliation experience
Stable career track record with strong longevity
Pastel / MDA / property ERP exposure advantageous
