Job & Company Description
A leading property-focused organisation is seeking a Property Accountant to join its finance team. This opportunity is ideal for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, strong reconciliation skills, and effective financial administration are essential to success.

Duties & responsibilities:

Process and reconcile daily banking transactions and cashbook entries
Allocate incoming funds to relevant accounts and properties
Manage daily cash-ups and ensure accurate balancing of accounts
Maintain and update allocation rules within the accounting system
Perform cashbook-to-trial balance reconciliations
Analyse expenses, provisions, municipal charges, and budget variances
Assist with debtor, creditor, and invoicing functions as required
Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial procedures

Qualifications & Skills:

Bcom
Property industry experience advantageous
Advanced Excel
