A well-known property group situated in the Northern Suburbs, is seeking a finance professional to join their vibrant finance team as Property Accountant. You do not need to have experience working in the property sector. You will be exposed to a wide variety of clients within various sectors. POSITION INFO:

Tenant billing

Collection of debtors

Payment requisitions

Supplier reconciliations

Balance sheet reconciliations

Monthly cash flow preparation

Month-end reporting

VAT reconciliations

Qualification:

Completed Finance/Accounting Degree or Diploma

Articles highly advantageous
