SUMMARY:

POSITION INFO:

The successful candidate will be a dynamic self starter who will be responsible for the following

Property Management:

Sourcing tenants, lease agreements & renewals including credit & background checks if not using an estate agent
Entry & Exit inspections and key handover
Invoicing tenants & rent collection
Coordinating maintenance of properties as required
Managing utilities and levy accounts via City of Tshwane, City of Joburg & Eskom.
All council related queries, closing / opening of accounts

Maintenance:

Manage maintenance team and coordinate their schedules
Ordering of materials
Recon of maintenance material accounts
Inter-company invoicing for maintenance work & materials

Office Administration:

Manage SLA’s and Service Provider contracts eg. Aircons, printers & phones
Motor Vehicle License renewals
Ordering of Stationery and office supplies
Monthly financial recon of expenses on Xero
It will be expected of the person to run errands

HR:

Employment contracts and renewals
Keeping Employee Files up to date

Apart from being extremely presentable, excellent in business communication and a hard worker, the person must also have Matric + at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role with extremely good communication skills.

A valid drivers’ license with own car is essential.
