JOB SUMMARY:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The successful candidate will be a dynamic self starter who will be responsible for the following

 

Property Management:

  • Sourcing tenants, lease agreements & renewals including credit & background checks if not using an estate agent
  • Entry & Exit inspections and key handover
  • Invoicing tenants & rent collection
  • Coordinating maintenance of properties as required
  • Managing utilities and levy accounts via City of Tshwane, City of Joburg & Eskom.
  • All council related queries, closing / opening of accounts

Maintenance:

  • Manage maintenance team and coordinate their schedules
  • Ordering of materials
  • Recon of maintenance material accounts
  • Inter-company invoicing for maintenance work & materials

Office Administration:

  • Manage SLA’s and Service Provider contracts eg. Aircons, printers & phones
  • Motor Vehicle License renewals
  • Ordering of Stationery and office supplies
  • Monthly financial recon of expenses on Xero
  • It will be expected of the person to run errands 

HR:

  • Employment contracts and renewals
  • Keeping Employee Files up to date

Apart from being extremely presentable, excellent in business communication and a hard worker, the person must also have Matric + at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role with extremely good communication skills.

A valid drivers’ license with own car is essential.
