POSITION INFO:

If you are driven by success and SOLD is your favourite four letter word, look no further because I am looking for a Property Consultant for my client.

You will be provided with:

Stock and the clients, all you need is your sales pitch.

Systems for marketing and advertising

Continuous learning and development

Working on 30 world class developments

Commission that is paid before registration

No cold calling!

Earning potential of between R1 – R2 Mill per annum!

Duties included, but not limited to:

• Provide consulting services and property sales to primary buyers and investors.
• Sell investment property to first time investors.
• Sell exclusive New Developments.
• Call incoming leads and schedule consultations with client.
• Arrange and facilitate show house viewings.

Requirements:

• Relevant diploma/degree (financial qualification advantageous)
• NQF 4: Real Estate
• EAAB/ Fidelity Fund certificate
• Minimum 2 years of property sales experience – preferably in new developments

Additional requirements:

• Consulting with clients
• Experience in selling residential property.
• Sectional title
• Experience with property contracts
• Knowledge of the property sales process
• Understanding investments
• Dealing with high net-worth clients
• Sales skills and closing the deals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans
• Confident and assertive
• Computer literate, including Excel skills.
• Well-presented and neat
• Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
• Own transport
• Great Telephone etiquette
• A positive can-do attitude
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Trust entity and company structures
• Property financing
• Property registration
• Tax
