Property and Development Manager

POSITION INFO:

Main purpose of the job:

Property Manager is responsible to co-ordinate and execute property infrastructure, development projects to meet the company strategic objectives with respect to profit, program, quality, safety and environment

Key Performance areas

Project initiation
Inception
Concept and Feasibility finalisation
Design development
Manage execution of propery process

Requirements:

B.Com Degree and Professional Registration in Construction/ Property Development, Project Management / Quality Surveying is essential
Master Degree in Construction/ Property Development, Project Management / Quality Surveying is an advantage
10 years Property Development experience is essential
10 years Project Management / Construction Project Management is desirable
Computer literacy in Property Management software package / projects management / word processing / accounting / spreadsheets / email / internet is essentila
Property Development Process
Basic principles of law of contract
Project management
Construction Management
Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) Management
Relationship Management
